What are the dimension of the available storage units?
We offer storage units of various sizes, ranging from 1 square meter to 12 square meters, to suit your specific storage needs.
How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?
Of course. Our facilities are adapted for people with disabilities. We have access ramps to all areas of the building and are happy to accommodate your needs.
What are the available rental terms?
Prices vary depending on the size, the unit’s location, and the length of the rental contract. Contact us for more information.
Can I access my storage unit at any time?
Yes. At the start of the contract, we require a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, which will be returned to customers within a maximum of 45 days, provided all contractual obligations are met and there are no outstanding debts at the end of the contract.
Do you offer insurance for stored items?
The minimum rental period for our storage units is 1 month. There is no long-term commitment, so you can cancel at any time with 15 days’ notice.
Do I need to bring a padlock, or is it included in the contract?
Payments are made in advance, between the 1st and 7th of each month. We offer various payment methods: bank transfer, direct debit, or card payment at the office. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
What can be stored in a storage unit?
You can access your storage unit 365 days a year during the established hours. If you need access outside these hours, we recommend contacting our staff so we can assist you.
Do you have storage units with access for people with disabilities?
Our facility is equipped with security cameras, controlled access via a personal code, and alarm systems to ensure the protection of your belongings. Additionally, only you have the key to your lock—our staff cannot access your items.
Is it necesary to leave a deposit?
Yes, we offer an insurance policy that can be extended, with coverage of €500/m².
When and how are the rental payments made?
Of course, at any time and without any kind of penalty.
What security measuers do you have in place to protect my belongings?
For customer safety reasons, the lock is not included in the contract. This ensures exclusive access to each storage unit and prevents the possibility of key duplication. However, we offer a range of high-security locks in our shop at very competitive prices.
Can I change the size of the storage unit if I need more or less space?
We provide moving and placement services for your belongings in storage units. These services are subject to fees depending on the volume of items to be transported. Feel free to ask us for more details.
Do you offer moving or transportation services?
You can store any item except illegal, stolen, dangerous, flammable, perishable, high-value goods, or living beings.
What is the refund policy if I decide to cancel before the end of the contract?
In general terms, payments corresponding to the prepaid and unused period will be refunded within a maximum of 45 calendar days from the notice of contract termination and vacating of the unit. However, if you had an active promotion at the time of signing the contract and terminate it before the end date specified in its particular conditions, the corresponding amount will be refunded without applying the promotion stated in the contract.
