What are the dimension of the available storage units?
We offer storage units in various sizes, ranging from 1 square meter to 12 square meters, to accommodate your specific storage needs.
Do you have storage units with access for people with disabilities?
Or course. Our facilities are adapted for people with disabilities. We have access ramps to all areas of the warehouse, and we are open to addressing your needs.
How much does it cost to rent a storage unit?
The prices vary depending on the size, the location of the unit, and the duration of the rental contract. Please contact us for more information.
Is it necesary to leave a deposit?
Yes. At the start of the contract, we require a deposit equivalent to one month’s rent, which will be refunded to customers within a maximum of 45 days, provided that the customer fulfills the obligations stipulated in the contract and does no have any outstanding debts with us at the end of the contract.
What are the available rental terms?
The minimum rental period for our storage units is 1 month. There is no long-term commitment, so you can cancel at any time with a 15-day notice.
When and how are the rental payments made?
Payment are made in advance between the 1st and 7th day of ach month. We offer several payment options, including bank transfer, direct debit, or card payment at our office. Unfortunately, we do not accept cash payments.
Can I access my storage unit at any time?
You can access your storage unit 365 days a year during the established hours. If you need access during a different time slot, we recommend that you consult with our staff so we can assist you.
What security measuers do you have in place to protect my belongings?
Our facility has security cameras, controlled access with a personal code, and security alarms to ensure the protection of your belongings. Additionally, only you have the key to your padlock; our staff cannot access your belongings.
Do you offer insurance for stored items?
Yes, we have an expandable insurance policy with coverage of 500€/m².
Can I change the size of the storage unit if I need more or less space?
Of course, at any time and with no penalty.
Do I need to bring a padlock, or is it included in the contract?
For security reasons, the padlock is not included in the contract. This ensures exclusive access o the storage units and prevents the posibility of key duplication. However,we have various models of security padlocks available for purchase in our store a very competitive price.
Do you offer moving or transportation services?
We offer services for the transportation of goods and placement in storage units. These services are subject to fees depending on the volume of what needs to be transported. Please contact us for more information.
What can be stored in a storage unit?
You can store any items except for illegal, stolen, hazardous, flammable, perishable, high-value items, or living beings.
What is the refund policy if I decide to cancel before the end of the contract?
In general terms, payments corresponding to the prepaid and ununsed period will be refunded within a maximum of 45 calendar days from the communication of contract termination and module vacating. However, if you had an ongoing promotion at the time of signing the contract and you terminate the contract before the end date specified in the contract’s particular conditions, the amount refunded will not include the promotion reflected in the contract.
